Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed through our website or counter system, it cannot be cancelled after preparation has begun. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the store or on phone. If the order has not yet been prepared, we may accept the cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

• Order was not delivered due to kitchen error or system fault
• Incorrect item(s) delivered and not replaced
• Payment was deducted but the order was not processed

3. No Refund Policy

No refunds will be given if:

• The order was delivered correctly and matches what was placed
• Customer disliked the taste after receiving the correct item

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (UPI/Card) and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
